Rev. Dr. Madeline McClenney-Sadler, President/Founder
Dr. Madeline is a fulltime volunteer executive with over 20 years serving formerly incarcerated persons. The vision for Exodus Foundation.org was born after seven years of serving homeless persons
on the streets of Washington, D.C
She holds degrees in Finance,Divinity and a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion with a specialty in Hebrew Scriptures. She is a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Sebastian Goodson, Special Assistant to the President
Sebastian is a survivor of mass incarceration. He survived 25 years in prison. He holds a degree in business, and he is working on a degree in project management. He is a member of St. Paul Baptist
Church. He is a trained Exodus Mentor.
Arturowe Robinson, Mentoring Program Coordinator
Arturowe is a survivor of mass incarceration. He survived two years in prison and multiple arrests. He holds a degree in psychology, and he is working on a degree in non-profit management. He is a trained Exodus Mentor.
Alea Watts, Office Manager, Intake Specialist
Alea is a survivor of mass incarceration. She survived almost two years in prison. She has a background in human resources, and she is a social entrepreneur.
Jennifer Vollmer, Job Developer-Career Networking Group Coordinator
Jennifer is an advocate for people with records and women. She has over 15 years in human resources, staffing, and job coaching.
Ron Roseboro, Mentor Trainer and Facilitator
Ron is a survivor of mass incarceration. He survived over 4 years in prison. He holds a degree in christian counseling, and he is prolific writer and motivational speaker. He is a member of Bethel Outreach .International Church, and he is a trained Exodus Mentor.
Deacon Maurice Davis, Prison Correspondence
Deacon Davis is a survivor of mass incarceration. He served over 2 years in prison, and he has overcome an alcohol addiction. He is the owner of his own carpentry business. He writes to men and women who write to the foundation from jail or prison.
Alice Martin, Scheduler
Ms. Martin is a minister of the gospel and advocate for people with records. She has over 30 years of experiencing in coaching and teaching in secondary education.
Rev. Varda Timspon, Career Networking Group Coordinator
Varda is a parent of a formerly incarcerated son. She works in the banking industry in wealth management.
Alex and Sonia Coffin, Scholarship Committee
Alex and Sonia Coffin are local advocates for the underserved and active members of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
