Rev. Dr. Madeline McClenney, President/Founder

Dr. Madeline is a fulltime volunteer executive with over 20 years serving formerly incarcerated persons. The vision for Exodus Foundation.org was born after seven years of serving homeless personson the streets of Washington, D.C.  She holds degrees in Finance,Divinity and a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion with a specialty in Hebrew Scriptures. She is a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and C.N. Jenkins Memorial Presbyterian Church.

Terance Staton, V.P. of Operations

Terance is a former group mentor.  He is a restorative practice specialist that has worked with the school system for decades with professional training in autism, trauma and violence prevention.  He was trained by the International Institute for Restorative Practices.  

Sebastian Goodson, Special Assistant to the President/Director of Advocacy

Sebastian has been with the foundation since 2014.  He is a survivor of mass incarceration. He survived 25 years in prison. He is a member of St. Paul Baptist Church, and a trained Exodus Mentor with training in refresh technology, forklift operation, utility locating, and community guardianship.

Lydia Garnier-Jamison, Executive Assistant to the President

Lydia has over 20 years of experience in personnel having managed over 8000 employees for a major U.S. city.  She joined the foundation in 2018.  She is a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia.

Myrakle Clark, Administrative Assistant, Intake Coordinator

Myrakle is a graduate of Bennett College.  She holds a degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice.  She began as an intern of the foundation in 2018 and moved into her current role.

Darrell Cook, Communications/Videography

Darrell has been with the foundation since its very first event.  He was one of the first mentees. Mr. Cook has held a variety of positions over the years, but he is best known as an artist, author, videographer and motivational speaker.    

Terry Calhoun, Volunteer Coordinator

Terry is a trained Exodus mentor who assists with events and volunteer coordination.  He brings his organizing skills to the team to help make our programs happen successfully.

Rev. Mary Hill, Prison Ministry Leaders/Events Coordinator

Rev. Mary Hill works for the school system.  She has over three decades of experience in education and ministry.  She is a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.  She has been with the foundation since 2016.

Ron Roseboro, Mentor Trainer and Facilitator

Ron is a survivor of mass incarceration. He survived over 4 years in prison. He holds a degree in Christian counseling specializing in Trauma Care.  He is a prolific writer and motivational speaker. He is a member of Bethel Outreach .International Church, and he is a trained Exodus Mentor.

Dr. Monica Corbitt-Rivers, Ph.D., Mentor Care/Training

Dr. Monica has been with the foundation since its inception.  She helped develop the mentor training curriculum.  She is a professional coach and licensed clinical psychotherapist with over two decades of experience in psychology.

Dr. Laurie Nsiah-Jefferson, Ph.D., Evaluation Scientist

Dr. Laurie is a professor of women’s studies at the University of Massachusetts with extensive experience in women’s studies, public health and sociology.  She has been with the foundation since 2016.

Dr. Patrick Webb, Ph.D., Evaluation Scientist

Dr. Patrick is a professor of Criminal Justice at St. Augustine College.  He specializes in juvenile justice and mass incarceration.  He has been with the foundation since 2017.
